Our recent “New Year, New Career” event really did have something for everyone – a stunning MC and 5 brilliant presenters who covered the state of the NZ and UK recruitment markets, the breadth of the employment spectrum (part time, temporary through to CEO level), provided some coaching tips and some advice on how to make the most of opportunities with a current employer. All this and some good old fashioned networking with some vibrant kiwi women brightened up a rainy Monday evening.

As usual, connections were made, information exchanged and friendships begun. Slightly different to usual, was the challenge to set ourselves some career related actions and to include at least one action to be completed by the end of January. For that one, we’ll all receive a personalised reminder about on 31 January to assist with maintaining the New Year momentum.

Finally, thanks to our host on the evening for providing the lovely venue and the delicious wine and nibbles - Jan Kirkpatrick of Kirkpatrick Executive Search and Selection.
