The New Zealand Business Women's Network is turning two in June and we’d like you to come along and celebrate a special evening of inspiration, connecting and great food.
We have totally booked out Kopapa and would like you to join us.
The night will start with a welcome drink of New Zealand wine. Peter Gordon will introduce some of his Kopapa team and sous chef – a New Zealand woman who won the culinary challenge a couple of years ago who will explain what will be on the menu and speak a little more about the Kopapa menu in general.
For the two course dinner Peter and his chefs will serve a selection of their exquisite tapas to be shared amongst the tables, followed by your own choice of main course from the menu created for the night. If you're still feeling peckish you can order one of Kopapa's lovely desserts as an extra course although you will need to pay for this as an extra.
Peter will give a talk about his latest venture Kopapa, charitable work and where he finds his inspiration with the odd business tip thrown in.
Our recent survey showed us you wanted a lot more time to Network so we have built this into the evening.
We will finish between 9 -9.30pm however you are free to stay on and purchase more wine, coffee and desserts and network further with new and old friends. From 9.30pm Kopapa will be opened to the general public.

Time: 6.30 (to be seated for dinner at 7pm) – 9.30pm
What: A two course dinner designed by Peter including a welcome drink (between 6.30 – 7pm. Wine with dinner is at your own cost).
Cost: £26 per seat and limited to 60 maximum

About Kopapa
Kopapa is a collaboration between 2 highly successful NZ owned restaurant businesses. Peter Gordon and Michael McGrath have run The Providores and Tapa Room on Marylebone High Street for almost ten years now. Adam Wills and Brandon Allen were two of the original three who set up GBK (Gourmet Burger Kitchen) which reinvented burgers in the UK, and has since been much copied. They sold the business in 2006. Kopapa is open 7 days a week from breakfast through to late dinner and is conveniently located on Monmouth Street in the thriving Seven Dials area of Covent Garden.
Dame Judith Mayhew Jonas DBE, a New Zealand-born British lawyer and academic, will be speaking and opening up the discussion for the evening. Dame Judith rose from practicing as an employment lawyer to become Special Adviser to the Chairman at Clifford Chance, the world's largest law firm, before resigning to concentrate on her other roles. In 2006 she was appointed to the Board of Directors of Merrill Lynch. She served as Provost of King's College, Cambridge from 2003-2005. She has also been closely involved in the running of the City of London since 1986. She was awarded the DBE (Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire) in 2002 "for services to the City of London". These are just some of Dame Judith’s achievements. For more details see:
