Introducing Jo Kearins, Associate Director at Luther Pendragon - an independent integrated communications agency. Jo is originally from Te Kuiti in the King Country. After attending the University of Auckland and graduating with a BCom majoring in Marketing, Jo set off for London to do her 'big OE' in 1996. Since then, Jo has had two stints back home in Auckland, interspersed with four years in Amsterdam and now the UK again having returned in early 2011 as part of a secondment assignment with Insurance Australia Group.

Currently on garden leave before joining specialist communications agency Luther Pendragon, Jo is a senior communications professional with experience ranging from internal communications, marketing, media relations, PR, culture change, leadership communications, research, and business transformation across a number of different sectors and countries.

Would you like to meet a number of women from the Network and hear their stories? Recently joined NZBWN or maybe you’ve been part of NZBWN and haven’t been to an event for a while. Are you extremely busy and find you have little time for meeting new people face to face?

See, Meet and Connect is all about women from the Network sharing their experiences with each other and learning more about what we all do.

Our evening will begin in the Drawing Room with a welcome drink of New Zealand wine and the chance to peruse a few businesses within the Network while canapés are served. We will then move into the Edinburgh Suite and after taking a seat, listen to a number of women from the Network interviewed in quick-fire succession. Finally, there will be time to meet the women on your table and a chance to catch up with others after the official close.
