Are you looking for a promotion? Ready for the next step in your career within your current organisation or industry? Are you committed to making this happen but unsure exactly what you want and how to get it?  Then this is the group for you.

Mentor Group: Successfully Progressing Your Career. Planning Your Next Promotion

Get support and advice from your mentor and fellow mentees to explore your options, find direction and work to break down the barriers you may be facing in order to get new opportunities or that more senior role.  Needs of the group will drive discussions but we would expect them to centre around preparing yourself for promotion, using your networks whether they be internal or external and also discuss what HR and managers look for in top candidates.

Please note that if you are uncertain about your next career step or interested in changing to a new career or industry then two separate mentor groups will be launching in the next few weeks. Keep an eye out for these next groups.
