Wellbeing for the Change of Season
As the seasons change it's a fitting time to check in on the ways we are looking after ourselves, and connecting with those around us.
So, we invite you to join us for an evening of insightful talks from Kiwi women in the fields of stress management, nutrition and fitness. We will look at how we can take care of our whole selves as we transition into the UK winter, with the days getting colder and sunlight becoming restricted.
Our panel of experts will discuss how to keep active and motivated when it’s cold outside, food options for staying healthy over winter, and stress management and mindfulness tips to look after our mental health as much as our phyiscal selves.
We will also be showcasing a number of businesses connected to the health and wellbeing industry, who everyone will have the opportunity to speak with throughout the evening.
Our evening will be generously hosted by network member and raw food expert Tanya Maher at her deli located in the My Chelsea Hotel. So you can expect delicious fresh juices and beautiful raw food canapes on arrival. A cash bar will also be available.
This might just be what we all need to prepare us for the winter ahead - an evening of excellent company and talks to nourish the soul!
